The woman at the check-in was extremely helpful and nice. The woman at the desk the next day was equally helpful. It was a very nice stay, and I'd stay there again.

Just fine, it is the normal breakfast . I found that the egg was cold to my taste.
We have the sign on our door for last night and still we have the room till 11am, but when we left the room at 8:15 to go to have breakfast at the TimHorton and came back around 9:15 am that the staff (who ever was) enter our room and find out that the tips was gone when the sign still on our door that was kind a bad behaviour. That was against all the Hospitality manners. The Management need to tell their staff not to do that. And we found out that the cleaning staff were very busy checking their cell when they suppose to do the cleaning for the empty rooms.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All supplies were there for cooking and the living area was nice.
It is on a busy road but very convenient.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean
washroom was not upto expectation. Staff opened room door and taking a look without permission. It was very scary.
