The male member of staff on the desk on arrival did not explain even how to find the milk to make a cup of tea or explain anything.
On line it said we could have a slightly earlier breakfast with having to be at the airport for 7.40am. Guy said no!
When we asked re shuttle bus to return to the airport the following morning he only offered us times of 6am or 6.45am. We told him to that we'd had to get a limo costing 65 dollars from the airport as we couldn't even find the shuttle bus after landing. Our phones at this point didn't even work in Canada as we needed to get an e-sim working, so we were unable to even phone the hotel to ask & no one to assist us at the airport
