Great hotel, terrible airport shuttle transportation.

Staff at the hotel were fantastic.

The shuttle. The lady doing the shuttle was very rude when dropping us off at the airport. Drove all over terminals 1 and 3 for the pilots and air staff. Then, when it came to dropping us off at arrivals, she said she wouldn't and abandoned us at a random spot at the airport. The airport shuttle really needs to improve.

I love the staffs, always welcoming, very friendly people working at the restaurant

All the staff were really polite and friendly welcoming. It was really clean and organized. Would definitely recommend here.

Excellent stay at Sandman hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent hotel, friendly front desk staff. Rooms are clean and smelling fresh. Hallways, elevators, lobby well kept and clean with bright lighting. I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and they keep up the exceptional standard of service and quality.

Very bad experience because the hotel overbooked, staff made made up excuses for not having a room.

The hotel did not have a room for me (and some of my colleagues) even though we told them about our late arrival. Hotel staff told us first, that we arrived after 11:59pm and therefore the reservation was cancelled. When we told them that it is still before 11:59pm they came up with other excuses. They clearly just overbooked the hotel and did not have rooms anymore. One colleague and I then had to find another hotel in the area late at night. Very bad experience.

The stay was OK - close to the airport

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Google Chromecast on each TV was good.

Needs an upgrade, suite was a little worn.

Had a great time

My daughter loved it. It was a nice sleep.

It smelt like smokes and the water park is getting a little aged. Still fun though.

If was uncomfortable day we did not even stay at the hotel last night. It felt creepy with all the broken stuff.

The room was dirty, there was stains of the wall and brown and red stains on the bed sheet. The drywall was peeling off. The window also was broken. Room 802

Met our needs.

Nice indoor pool for kids. Shuttle to airport included. On a street with a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

No drinking water provided in the rooms.

Frustrated and disgusted.

The location is good.

Our first room had gum and food crusted all over the carpet and sticky stuff (probably spilled pop) all over the dressers and cabinets. They changed our room because it would have taken too long to clean and when we got into our new room it smelled very badly of wet dog and the toilet didn’t work properly. We’ve stayed here before and it was ok but this time was terrible and disgusting.

Your decision to use a QR code for the TV guide was ill-advised. It assumes that guest have a smart phone and/or the ability to access QR codes.

I think they should train the fronk desk agents how to be more friend with people.

The property was clean and in a great location.

The people at the front desk have no personality. when I came in lobby there was no one there to greet you. I went over to the front desk all the agent said to me was checking no smile nothing. everything was a just blah with no personality. I went again desk in the night to asked where I could get water and guy at the desk was the same way. there’s a vending machine downstairs.

Good but could be better

The free shutte service to/from the airport.

When I arrived, there was no clean room available. And when one became available, I wasn’t notified right away although I was waiting near the reception area.

the location was awesome

they gave a wrong room and then next day I told them so they tried to change the room for me but I denied because i already put my stuff in the room so I don’t want to move again with 2 kids and I asked for one extra hour for my checkout because I had exam still they told me they can’t it’s too bad that they treated me like that
