The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and loved the rain shower head. The rooms were quiet and I love how close it was to so many things. The breakfast place attached to the hotel was so so good!
The price was pretty high for 2 rooms for one night.

The location is great! Near shops on Robson Street; Roger’s Arena for sports or concerts; and the Parq Casino is 10 minute walk from the hotel! ❤️
Limited counter space, but we made it work with the stylish small ledge.

The desk staff was great and very helpful. The response to the leak was courteous and efficient.
Our room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above. We were moved to another room which was good but that room had a clogged sink. It took quite a while for the water to go down. The lighting in the room was very poor. The bathroom doors squeaked in both rooms (the first room severely) so if one person got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it would wake anyone else in the room.
