Everything and everybody that works there are amazing. They were so accommodating and helpful especially Wagner the concierge. Nothing was too much trouble they made you feel special. A shout out to Kiti in reception!

great location and great luxurious stay in the middle of the city. Very convenient walk for tourism places like Granville Island and lots of options to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in serious need of a refresh.
Stained ceiling, peeling wallpaper, stuffy rooms, stained towels. It was very disappointing for the price to stay in such a poorly maintained place.
