Carole at the front desk put us in a great room! The view of English Bay was beautiful. This hotel is perfectly located and the breakfast was great!
The window was single paned and we could hear noise from the street. The seal around the air conditioner was open to the outside. Replace that window and the stay would have been perfect!

Great location, easy access to public transport, room was very clean and bed was comfortable
Air conditioners probably need up dating - they are the old style window ones and struggled to keep the room cool
