Hotel was clean rooms a little on the small size for my booking but great staff very friendly and comfortable beds

Great location, great staff!

Vegan breakfasts in Park pub were wonderful! Staff very accommodating.

Found long back hair in bathroom on tub. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Great value for money for a good location and comfortable beds.

Great location on English Bay with very easy access to buses all over the city, views of the bay, $15 discount in bar when you 'Go Green' for a 3 nights stay and don't have your sheets and towels changed, breakfast included (choice of a menu item and drink at pub attached to hotel), comfortable beds. Very friendly and responsive staff. Was provided with a kettle on request and milk for my tea. Felt like a very good value for a large, comfortable room.

Air conditioner/heater was a bit noisy.

Great location, helpful staff, pet mice included.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly on reception. Location is superb. Buses stop right outside too.

The only hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world where the room had a resident mouse which came out at 10.30 each night and ran around the room. Reported twice at reception and still waiting for a response from them.

The city view we were advised we would get turned out to be a view of the carpark The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy We also had a guest from the third floor manage to open our second floor room with his security card

Nice and good location

Location is really good, very close to English Bay and walking distance to Stanley Park. Personnel was very nice, particularly Ricky who helped us out with many recommendations and guidance.

Noisy street and even more noisy air conditioning...

overall the stay is good, place is aafe and accessible. thank God there is a convenience store across the street

the room has a kitchenette, staff welcoming and friendly, clean towel and bathroom. location is great

there is no free breakfast, no free parking and only gave 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for 5 guest staying for 3 days

Mostly a good stay

The breakfast was good! The bed was comfy and the hotel room wasn’t too hot. WiFi was good!

The cost of the hotel was very expensive. It was sometimes a little loud at night out on the street.

The room was a huge surprise. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

No loading zone out the front makes it difficult if you aren’t familiar with the rear access. No lounging area in foyer. More options for a place to sit rather than a busy bar would be the perfect accompanying accessory.

It was the pub restaurant , but the waiter was very good attitude.

It was noisy location but it was good location for dog owner at near the beach.

Beautiful views in the morning.

balcony, clean green restaurant vouchers, fridge, microwave, shower, spaciousness, price, king size bed was comfy

could have been more updated. some channels on the tv weren't available. there was a spider on the ceiling when I first walked in. the edges of the floor by the balcony looked exposed. some shouting on the street at night. it was a little hard to find the entrance.

Location. Parking. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice room darkening window coverings. Modern, clean, updated rooms. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping accommodating.

Can't think of much. Pretty good stay overall.

a hotel needs to have a decent bed. this one eas the worst i have ever seen. i stay in 60-75 hotels a year.

the bed seriously had a dent in that would fit an entire bag of groceries. i knew it was there for a while so no use in complaining to the front desk because they obviously do not care. i arrived late after a 10 hour drive and was too tired to get another room.

Staff and location were perfect

The beds were horrendous... very large holes/cave ins in the mattresses. 2 queen beds in the room. Both WAY beyond there time. Need to be replaced!
