Nice hotel in an excellent location on Robson Street downtown. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The room was already very expensive and everything costs extra. Parking costs extra. Even if you want to use the kitchen appliances it costs extra.

The room was comfortable enjoyed the time we spent ogether with friends
The idea of a kitchen that’s supposably included with the cost of the room (why we got this room ) but then you have to pay for the use of the stove never in all my travels hotels with kitchens I have NEVER had to pay an additional charge fr the stove and had to have someone unlock the cupboard for the dishes. A kitchen unit you should have access to all aspects of the kitchen included NO EXTRA CHARGES for use EVER HAVE HAD THIS IN ALL THE HOTELS

3 beds in what looks like a converted apartment with a full size kitchen.
$25 extra charge if you use the major kitchen appliance, and if you do not wash your own dishes.
Elevator was out of service from 12 noon to 3pm on a weekday - we were on the 10th floor (out of 11 floors) so we made the climb up the stairs. Good leg exercise.
