Staff was superb! I'd just disembarked from a cruise and was quite early for check-in. Clint Rob, and Anthony had a room ready for me immediately. Awesome! The hotel location is within walking distance to Starbucks (next door), eateries, markets, a 24-hour bakery, banks, and public transportation. Perfect for solo travelers without a car. This hotel doesn't have a pool or gym, but there is a rooftop patio as well as nearby restaurants and bars. Rizza made checkout a breeze. I will definitely stay here again when I plan my Alaska cruise.

Cute little former apartment hotels. I really loved the area with many shops and restaurants. The 24 bakery/coffee shop nearby was also amazing. Hoping to stay here every time I visit Vancouver moving forward.

The whole experience was good. Check where the parking is before you arrive, it will go easier. Only issue was we were over Debian st and it stayed noisy with cars all night. There were earplugs but next time we will ask for a room not in Denman. And there will be a next time. Tha k you.

I had an incredible time here. The service counter person was gracious enough to move me to a room away from the busy streets. The room itself was sooo spacious, and cozy, with art on the wall. It was warm enough without putting the heater on, so nice! I will definitely come back here and let others know about this hotel!!

This hotel was so convenient to everything. There were so many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. It's right at the north end of Robson and within biking/ walking distance to the Seawall and Stanley Park. The hotel itself is a little older, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfy and our two bedroom/one bath rental had a full kitchen that had everything except paper towels. It has a nice sitting area with a tv and fireplace and a washer and dryer in room in case you were staying there longer. The place does not provide breakfast, or have a pool or gym,but if you don't need all that, and you really don't with all that's available to you within walking distance, this is a great place to stay, especially for families. And everyone who worked there that we came into contact with were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were even able to check us in early on the we arrived. Hotel had everything we needed. The area can get loud in the evening, but they provide earplugs. A fan was enough to blur out any street noise. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic and very walkable. We would stay here again.

We stayed in a "2-bedroom suite" for 3 nights. The unit actually consisted of one queen bedroom suite and one king bedroom suite with adjoining doors. We therefore had 2 of everything - bedrooms, washrooms, living,/dining rooms, kitchens and laundry facilities. We also had 4 TVs altogether. The units were clean and functional but not luxurious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rug/carpet looked dated. There were lots of restaurants with many different types of cuisine within walking distance. I would stay here again for the same price.

Beautiful and very clean place. Whole apartment with 2 bedroom and full kitchen. Affordable price, 3 minutes walk to Stanley Park. Starbucks on the corner of the hotel and lots of restaurants near by.

The best thing about this rental was its cleanliness. It gets five stars plus. The bedding was so clean everything in the unit sparkled. It is an outdated interior unit. No detergent for w/d or paper towels.

To find the entrance, it is among the store fronts with reception located in the basement but staff are friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. I loved the kitchen facilities in the room to help save on dining out; although, there are plenty of great restaurants in a short walking distance. Bicycle rentals are huge in the area, so it is suggested one takes the opportunity to do so in order to do some touring of Stanley Park area.

Excellent hotel. Located in a central place in Vancouver and accessible by foot to all its cute corners. Clean, comfortable and excellent service. The staff provided for our every request, quickly and efficiently. The apartment is very comfortable and suitable for four people.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and was helpful when our lost luggage was delivered by the airline. The location was great, lots of food and things in the area that was very tasty. Room was comfy and clean, and the washer/dryer was a bonus. We’d stay here again if going to Vancouver!

Check in was quick and efficient. When we were checked in they scheduled our ride the next morning. There was plenty of room for 4 people and we appreciate the small extras available in the suite. It is within walking distance to Stanley Park and numerous restaurants.

The cutest apartment style hotel within a block to best bakery, Ramen noddle rest, And Lost Lagoon. The studio suite had everything you need, even a washer/dryer!!
