The reception staff were most helpful
The room was too far away from the entrance with a very long walk with no view. I expected more for the money but I suppose Vancouver is quite expensive and the location was cenral.

Friendly helpful staff. Helped us by storing luggage. Nice lobby to sit in before checkin/after checkout if required.
The instructions did not seem clear that the foyer was on the far left of the building. Hopefully the sharing of digital keys with a partner can be made to work a bit better.
