Clean! Great location, lots of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The beach is short stroll down the hill in 2 directions, with more bars and restaurants on Denman Street. Kitchenette, balcony and washing machine a bonus.

Great view, good-size rooms. Good location if you line quick access to downtown.
The lobby felt crowded and not super clean. Did not feel as safe as other locations in Vancouver due to open use of drugs in the street, etc., but pretty typical now of urban centres in Canada.
Parking was expensive. Most staff courteous and patient, but one staff member seemed abrupt and less polite on occasion.
