Stunning room with beautiful views! The turn down service with the fresh lemon water is such a nice touch. Classy, and elegant. This boutique hotel is a keeper. One of the best in the city of Vancouver. Highly recommended!

It was very painful to take a cold shower because they didn't have enough warm water most of time while we stayed in Loden. Small hotel in quiet neighborhood. It is hard to understand why they try to retrench on warm water. Harsh memory in Vancouver.

Our favorite hotel in Vancouver! The best by far. The commitment to service at the Loden Hotel is exceptional. We booked a stay for our anniversary and from the moment we arrived everyone went above and beyond to help us feel special and celebrated. Matus the valet was cheerful and fun, and set a wonderful tone. Stan who checked us in, was awesome and upon learning of our special occasion upgraded us into a gorgeous suite. And Paola delivered a bottle of champagne; complete with a hand written note from Irina welcoming us and congratulating us. How rare and unexpected! It is rare to be wowed by service and more often than not, you do not feel the warmth of hospitality (let’s be honest it is hard to pull off great service, in any business, day-in-day-out). But this place is special and clearly they aspire to be special - and the feeling comes through. The rooms are fabulously appointed and a true 5 star hotel in my opinion, as nice as the nicest hotels we’ve stayed anywhere in the world. Highly recommend - would give 10 Stars if I could.

Beautiful property with friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are well appointed, high quality, comfortable bedding. Big bathroom with huge tub. Turn down service with iced lemon water and chocolates. The only negative was lack of hot water at times. Overall, highly recommend.

Outstanding staff and service above and beyond. Loden will be our first choice whenever in Vancouver from now on. Several small touches that made us feel special: Mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary at check in, and champagne was delivered to the room; engaging front desk staff who greeted us by name and remembered the plans we'd shared and asked about our experiences visiting BC. Nightly carafe of ice water at turn-down, along with small snack treats; luxurious Frette towels (bath sheets); great shower and soaking tub; fast elevators. Good happy hour at hotel restaurant, Tableau. Some of the built-in drawers/doors in room are showing their age, but the room was comfortable and relaxing and we slept well.

I cannot begin to say enough about what a pleasant experience my wife and I had on our 4 day stay at the Loden. The room was clean, the Tableau restaurant had spectacular food, and the staff was the friendliest most welcoming people we have ever encountered; Michael, Stanislav, Paula, and Yuliia made our stay an absolute delight and go out of their way to make you feel right at home. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

Cozy and inviting boutique hotel. Staff are exceptionally friendly (same level of hospitality as last year). A number of thoughtful gestures (i.e. it was raining and staff came out to my car and hand me an umbrella before they take my keys to park the car) that adds up to an overall positive experience.

Everything about the hotel was perfect! The room was large and comfortable, including the bed (loved the pillow options), and the staff were very attentive, especially David, who ensured all our needs were taken care of! Irina surprised us on day 2 with a bottle of champagne and treats as we were celebrating our anniversary. And thanks to Expedia VIP, our valet parking was free. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. Also not too far of a walk to shopping. Oh and they have a very nice gym, which we didn’t get to use as we hoped as our time in Vancouver was short! We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

A beautiful hotel, very European feel. Best of all is the staff. Every aspect of service, reception, etc., is outstanding. An example: the concierge called us the day before arrival to see if she could be of assistance, make dinner or other reservations, etc., which we took advantage of. We especially appreciated Stanislaw at Reception. A professional and a smile, always.

This was an amazing place to stay. They complimentary champagne and velet parking. Everything was with walking distance and if it was not, the hotel offered shuttle service. I highly recommend staying if visiting Vancouver.

Staying at Loden Hotel was an amazing experience. From the moment we drove up to the hotel (we had VIP which provided free valet) to checkout, we had exceptional service from every staff member we came in contact with. The bed was the most comfortable we have had in a hotel, and the linens were incredible. The room was bright, clean and modern with high quality ammenities (Dyson hair dryer)). Special thanks to the concierge/front desk staff who secured hard-to-get restaurant reservations for us. A 5-star experience!

It's been nearly a year since I stayed at this property, but the experience was so stellar that now that I'm looking into staying in the area again I realized that I couldn't not leave a glowing review. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were kind and accommodating, always doing their best to make our stay better. They were also super conversational, making them very fun to talk to! The room was beautiful and we felt properly isolated, unable to hear any rooms around us. Last but not least, the restaurant built into the hotel, Tableau, has food that is just to die for. Definitely reserve at this location if you're able!!

The Loden is probably the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the hotel room was clean and had all the details you expect in a nice hotel like good robes, slippers and towels, but it also had a nespresso and a dyson hair dryer. What really made our stay was the staff. Everyone was so nice, warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond, and made us feel very comfortable. We were celebrating an anniversary (6 years!!) and they upgraded our room and brought us prosecco and macarons. This wasn't expected, really thoughtful and sweet. Additionally, we liked this location. It was quiet inside of our room (and we were on the 2nd floor), and we were able to walk around and felt very safe. We will definitely be back!
