Very nice hotel in a fabulous downtown location surrounded by numerous amazing restaurants. The hotel staff was very professional and when our bathroom ceiling had a serious leak, we were quickly moved to a new room.

The hotel was very welcoming with someone always at the front door to greet us with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious plus were kept very clean each day of our stay. I would stay at the Sutton Place again next time the opportunity arises to travel to Vancouver. The location was very central and walking distance to most places we visited.
It was above my budget so a more affordable rate would be much appreciated!

Location was great, space was good, beds comfy, showers good, price OK. Some staff were friendly.
It needs updating. The rooms specifically could do with a refurb and the pool area. Jacuzzi did not work, reported it twice and they kept promising to send someone to fix it but nothing happened. Even a staff member told us, they are not listened to when they report things so encouraged us to do so instead.
We called reception for help to work the stove top, waited 1 hour for someone to come - no one arrived! Sofa bed was meant to be made up on arrival, it wasn’t, the porter then put it out and grabbed a spare blanket from the bedroom as bedding! No duvet given until we asked. It all felt a bit ‘not good enough’.
Would I stay again? Maybe, if the price was right as I know what I’m getting for the cost.
