We got a corner room and the view was amazing. We just stayed overnight before a cruise, so we did not get to experience all the hotel and its grandeur. We got there late in the afternoon and left in the morning The hotel was like a 10 minute walk to the cruise port in the morning. That was awesome!
We ordered breakfast from room service. My wife did not like French toast, it was a little mushy and burnt on one side. I would say that was our biggest complaint.

The staff were delightful ! Well placed for the shopping Mall. , the harbour centre and view.
Extremely convenient for Canada Place if you are taking a cruise .

The rooms are clean.
It’s very expensive for a hotel that is located at the edge of an area that has lots of drug addicts. The breakfast was unimpressive and meagre. One English breakfast tea bag, no dressing gowns and no extra towels is not expected when paying so much.
