Hotel in the prefect location. All staff amazing could not be more helpful. We arrived very early in the morning were able to leave the cases. They gave some directions and things we could go to close by and when we got back although way before our time to check in they had an room almost ready for us. So much appreciated. We had a suite and it was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and Harbour. Very spacious living area, bedroom and bathroom with fab shower.
Thanks so much for making our time very special in Vancouver would recommend and return if I ever get back.

The location again for Vancouver was fab and for us even better as was going on an Alaskan cruise and the port is literally a 3-5 min walk away.
Felt like the hotel generally needed a revamp in terms of design- inc bedroom/bathroom.

Location I needed and cheaper price as not in a high tourist area
Very tired and worn property. Clearly needs an upgrade but I accept you pay for what you get. Comfortable enough for one night and everything worked in the room.
