Perfektes Appartement in bester Lage von Vancouver

Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Stylisch, modern, komfortabel, bequeme Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein gläsernes Büro mit einem fantastischem Blick, tägliche Reinigung inklusive neue Nespressokapseln, ingesamt ein sehr aufmerksamer Reinigungsservice! Plus perfekte, sichere Lage. Highend Shopping und alles was angesagt ist, Restaurants… fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Excelente localização em parte nobre da cidade.

Da localização na parte nobre da cidade, com um mercado em frente ao Hotel. O apartamento era todo equipado e com boa decoração e limpeza.

Clean modern and well located with friendly super helpful staff

Perfect location in downtown Vancouver with groceries, restaurants and coffee shops minutes away. Staff were very friendly and very helpful

Schöne zentrale Suite im Herzen Vancouvers

Top Lage und schön sauber. Die Suiten eignen sich auch sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte, da sie viel Platz ermöglichen.

Ein Hinweis, dass man für den Check In 15 min umsonst in der Parkgarage stehen darf, wäre vor Ankunft sehr nützlich gewesen.

Amazing stay, perfect location

We loved the space in the room and the quality of the beds. The airconditioning was a bit noisy but wasn't a big bother for us. Would stay again.

The aircon unit was a bit noisy. We were able to close the door to the bedroom which made it okay. It didn't affect our stay too much but if you are sensitive to this maybe check with the front desk.

Exceptional

Location and view was great. I loved that it was right across from a grocery store and a steakhouse.

It would be great if the hotel had a pool and the parking garage could fit the car higher than 6 feet.

The hotel had a great staff and a convenient location.

We had an apartment with kitchenette. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel. One cannot expect anymore convenience than that. Several restaurants are within two blocks of the hotel. Currency exchanges are within two to five blocks from the hotel.

Did not like the requirement to download an app to cell phone to use the laundry.

Excellent downtown Vancouver family friendly lodging

Clean spacious two bedroom suite with a balcony in a great downtown location and all the comforts of home. Many restaurants just outside the property. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Parking is an extra charge but that is to be expected in this area.

Overall the hotel is very nice but the laundry facilities are very expensive - not coin operated and a card has to be purchased for a cost of $10 and then loaded with a minimum of $10. The cost of a wash & dry is $5.25 so unable to get two full loads for $20!

Great perks and great location; just verify any special requests ahead of time.

Great view and generous amenities.

I called ahead to verify that the sofa turned into another bed. When we got there it didn’t. When I inquired they said they could provide a rollout bed for an additional money. I would hope since they confirmed originally that they would’ve just given us the rollaway complimentary but they did not.

Wonderful location wonderful stay

It is spacious and comfortable The showerhead is fantastic and water pressure is great

There was no papertowels in the kitchen and no dish soap Parking is expensive and soo deep underground it is almost scary.

Central, comfortable, and clean

The location was central and the bed was comfortable. The view was fabulous

The fee for parking was excessive. The exterior of the windows were filthy.

Does the job.

Loved the location, very central and safe. The room had a lot of space for our group and was well stocked with towels and other amenities. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Room layout was good too.

Staff were difficult - we booked a two bedroom suite for two couples - the front desk said that as per their 'policy' that a two bedroom suite (one king sized bed and two single beds) would only fit three people and tried to charge us $20 per night extra! We didn't need any extra bedding for our group as there were two couples staying. They tried to tell us that only one person would sleep in the king sized bed and that the extra charge would be for the sofa bed - after much debate with the staff they agreed that they wouldn't charge us the extra $20 on the premiss that we wouldn't use the sofa bed. Our group fit perfectly on the two singles and king sized bed (four adults). It was an unnecessary stress placed on our group for no reason at all - other travellers should be aware of this room scam.
