It’s a nice and clean hotel with perfect stuff on side.
The location is close to the Hollywood area, but also Santa Monica as well as LAX. It’s good for a LA visit

Location was very good, hotel was very good and clean, comfortable bed, free parking (most parking spaces were gated and locked during the night, all were very well lit and camera monitored). There are two restaurants at the premises, very nice coffee place next to the hotel.
Neighborhood and La Brea apartments and other accross the street look nice. The Grove, Farmers Market, Wholefoods are within 5-10 minutes walk, Wholefoods and CVS also he Museums around 30 minutes walk.
We could open the window and sleep without aircondition.
Aircondition somewhat noisy and there is some noise from the street if you open the window. But, you can open the window and sleep without an aircondition.

My ground floor room was convenient, clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower excellent.
