My room faced the courtyard and beach. It was nice and quiet. NOTE: I did hear children running at 1am and 3am and realized it was probably ghosts. I doubt anyone had their kids out at that hour. Just letting you know I believe I had a ghost "hearing" not sighting.

The location on the beach and the historic building
Check in process was slow, coffee shop service was slow, uncomfortable bed. Extra charges for sunbed on beach and valet / parking charges were very high.
