This property served no breakfast, only coffee. However the property was excellent, far superior to the two-star rating that appears on this website
For the low price I wouldn't expect breakfast, although even a continental breakfast would have been nice

The staff was friendly
Plenty of towels and washclothes
Ice machine worked
Flat board under mattress was a good idea.
As a single traveler I did not feel unsafe
My toilet didn't flush and the floor turned my bare feet black. Not ideal at all
