Not starting here again

Nothing

There were stains on the couch, and bench Very very dated furniture. The a/c had one setting for the fan , very loud. Cigarette butt on the floor in hallway, couldn’t open window as someone was smoking right outside of it

Very clean inside, outdoor grounds need some love

My room was cozy comfortable and clean Continental breakfast was good Dining room bright

Just an observation of first impressions.... It would be more welcoming if for example some landscaping or fresh hanging flower pots were hanging at the entranceway and the outdoor grounds better maintained. The outdoor upkeep could help with the aesthetics of the motel. Old chairs and faded plastic plants and overgrown weedy grassy areas looked unappealing..

Good price and clean

Free breakfast- for the price of the stay, the fact that breakfast was included, is a bonus. The selection is limited, i.e. no fruit except for a basket of apples that were kept in a fairly concealed shelf, only protein options were cold hard boiled eggs. However, as I said, considering the reasonable price for accommodations, we were lucky to have any breakfast at all. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Quiet. Room and bathroom very clean. Overall excellent.

We were looking for something right in town so the location was a bit further than we expected but overall good. We left before breakfast started.

We appreciate this is a newer owner and recognize that many things have been updated however the carpets could stand to be replaced.

If ever I am in Sudbury again I will definitely stay here

I was so impressed with this property. This was not at all what I expected. The rooms have been upgraded and the bathroom had a nice big tub in it.

All was fine except the lack of safety rails in the bathtub.

Location and cleanliness.

You should install handrails in the bathtubs. It was a bit slippery in the tub.

- Rooms are functional - Friendly personnel

- Directly on the Highway AND the freight train, sleeping without ear plugs is a challenge - Had mice in the room during the last night - Breakfast very basic, not tasty - Would have been ok for 75$, but for this price, no value for money

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this place.

We liked the look and size of the room considering that this is a motel. To enter the room from a hallway (rather than directly from outside of the building) gives a feel of privacy and security. The room and bathroom didn't look rundown, and they were very clean. The hosts very friendly and approchable.

We stayed for four days, and the fact that the breakfast is the same every day, it becomes monotonous. However, we realize that many don't stay that long, so they won't be in this situation. This is not a complaint but a suggestion: have two diferent menus which alternate every other day.

Disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff were friendly and helpful

I had a King Room. It was very dated, as is the whole place, and only passably clean. Water was turned off in the morning due to a plumbing leak and I was given half an hour notice to shower.

Not much to offer. Expecting more variety

Security suck people coming n going all night. Outer doors not lock Kid played in hall till 1 am. Did not sleep much felt unsafe n 7 year old running hall

Great value. Clean and fresh.

It was clean, comfortable, safe, and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a simple breakfast included. The room was redone and very cute. Everything you need is here. Even lots of power bars. No coffee available in the room, but you can get it from the dining room.

We would stay more often if they accepted pets. Almost everywhere does now. Pillow cases were scratchy. Noisy trains and traffic.

Renovated bathroom, comfortable bed. Great AC unit that blocks sound of trains.

Staff disputed the need for sanitary bags that should be provided for the ice bucket, boiled egg whites at breakfast were an orange color. Toilet was rocking (loose in connection to floor). Couch had 2 serious stains on both cushions. Nasty looking. Absolutely no bars or shelf in tub/shower. The entire motel is 100 yards from a railroad mainline. The room shakes, but with the AC on, can hardly hear it. Believe or not, the outside access doors (multiple) facing the parking area on the rear, have no locks (all removed). ANYONE can come to the motel and roam the halls anytime day or night. VERY much a security risk; the motel is on major roads that lead in 3 directions.
