Well located if you have a car or there's also a bus that runs pretty close by straight to the metro station if you want to commute to Toronto and nearby attractions. The rooms are simple but functional.

The residences are very clean, and as expected at the level of student accommodation. The parking was included in the stay costs and it is a patrolled though a public parking. The linen was provided and very good. The AC was working and could be set for the suite. Wifi worked.
The noise --the students on a Saturday night are charging through the corridors in loud voices in a party mood till late. Cannot do much about that I suppose. The two room suite had no locks on individual doors, again not a major issue. The part that bugs me -- the utilities had not been looked after, I guess there is not much demand -- the bathroom sink was clogged.
