Very clean and spacious. Room was great
Staff was not very good with communication. One staff member would say one thing another staff member would not know said thing and because of miscommunication between staff members, it was a big mess

We requested a room on the top floor and they accommodated us. It was perfect. The grounds have security, the rooms are spacious and the staff was wonderful.

Space of the unit, nice big pool
There was a mix up with our room, house keeping came in while we were in our room

We thought the pool and gym were nice
The AC wasn’t working well. I asked for it to be looked at but it was still very warm in the bedroom and freezing elsewhere. The carpet in the unit was filthy. When we showered and walked around, our feet were immediately dirty.
