Disgusting hotel, don’t stay here

Zippo, nada, nothing. Gross all around.

Room stunk of sweaty socks, and cigarettes. Bathroom dirty. Had to request that the bed pad be changed as it had dark brown stains on it. Sincerely sorry to have lifted the bed pad to look at the mattresses (I always inspect for bed bugs), the mattress had what looked like years of stains on it 🤮🤮. Pillows were flat, and uncomfortable. I would say avoid avoid avoid staying here. Only in a moment of dire emergent need would I EVER stay at a red roof again. This stay has ruined it for any potential future stays at any other location in any other state. Poor poor cleanliness. Yuck.

Stayed for 1 week. Room was nvr cleaned. Only two sets of towels in a week period that I asked for no clean sheets and had to change my own trash and had to ask for tp. The front desk chic was rude as ever.

The location was great. The evening staff was great.

Even though I checked in my reservation got cancelled. They called me at the function I was attending and told me I had to come in and pay or they were going to bag up my stuff. I told them I had checked in the night before. They told me to come in and pay when I got back. I did when I got back. Got in the room and they put our stuff in the suit case and zipped it up and put our other stuff in our bag we had. Did not bother to make the beds up or refill the towels. We had to put a battery in the smoke detectors, a battery in the remote and bathroom door is coming apart.

Cheap but gross. Stains covering every piece of linen… My sister used a blanket I had in my truck.

The lady at the front desk was great!!! Super nice and fun to talk to.

Holy god please get new STAINFREE SHEETS

There was someone hiding in the bathroom when we tried unlocking the door!! The front desk called thepolice to get the person out of our room. After I asked for some kind of compensation and the front desk didn't even care

the location was good

everything the bathroom was horrible the toilet moved every time someone used it. the shower had horrible water pressure the tv had six channels. nothing was comfy

Freindly front desk, room very clean and well.presented. shower had good pressure and was balanced , stayed the same during shower. Quiet, although it seems to be near a thoroughfare.

The fridge was not turned on, we are carrying meds that need to be refrigerated-also the fridge did not have a freezer-even a small one is good to refreeze cold pacls. Exterior looks very tired, paint peeling from overhangs, breezeway very dingy, parking lot needs attention.

Room was filthy, hair on pillows under sheets, not vacuumed, greasy marks over headboards and refrigerator. Paint peeling from roof overhangs. Fruit flys in bathroom sink. We stayed for about an hour before packing up and heading to Jackson Mi to get a different room and hotel.
