The location and the amenities
The breakfast was, to be honest, not good at all. The quality of the food was below average. More importantly I went to breakfast at 7.30 am and at 8 am for 2 days, food trays were almost empty without any sign of refill, no fruits, stale breads.. If they are offering “free buffet breakfast” as advertisement, they have to put some efforts on it.

It did the trick for our quick one-night stay, on our way further up to the northern part of the island. I and my kids enjoyed a short evening stroll to the DQ up the street for a treat. Breakfast was fine - very typical with scrambled eggs, bacon, cubed potatoes, bread we could toast, yogurt, bananas - good to start the day with a meal and coffee. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
Nothing really to complain about. Parking was tight due to the fact there were spots earmarked for some worker-trucks doing upgrades to the building's exterior, but we managed to find a free one.

breakfast was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful considering that Lilja is wheelchair bound and as we take a patient lift with us it is important that the the lift legs will fit under the bed.
floor coverings in wheelchair accessible rooms for us need to be hardwood rather than carpeted because the patient lift is difficult to push over carpet. Perhaps a carpet similar to the hotel's dining area would be better.

The hotel is located in a good location close to any necessities.
Very average hotel, maybe even below the average. No pool, nothing really special about the hotel except good employees. Hotel needs a renovation if they want to continue to charge $300 a night for a dark room.
