Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good communication. Room has hair dryer, hot water kettle, refrigerator & coffee/tea. Good water pressure. Elevator. Rooms cleaned every day.
It would be nice to send an outside door picture when you send the message saying the room is ready so the door/entry would be easier to find. It would also be nice to have wall hooks in the room to hang things.

Being an older female solo traveler, I appreciated the security on entering the property. Lift was great, a little small but much appreciated after full day of exploring. My room had doors opening over the lane, think l was on the 3rd floor.
This is out of the control of the owners. People would be hanging around the entrance to the lane. Just lingering all hours. I never felt unsafe.
Can be noisy at night with cleaning happening in the streets, but ha.. cleaning has to be done at some point. Sound proofing glass doors helped a lot. But l was facing the lane.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to the metro and within walking distance of all major attractions. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby.
Very friendly and pleasant staff (owners?)
Clean and tidy.
The room was smaller than I expected, but adequate for my stay, and a couple more clothes hanger would have been useful. There really wasn't anything not to like.

We had to wait for a while for someone to show up at reception. The airconditioning did not work. the street is unfortunately very loud, but that is to be expected at the Gran Via. The bed was quite small for 2 people
