The location was great! The receptionists was very polite and friendly.
The stairs, we were on the 3rd floor and my aunt just had hip replacement a couple of months ago. She couldn’t come down until it was time to check out because she was very sore

The property was spaced out, green, and the 2 bedroom unit was wonderful with lots of room and a great kitchen and living area.
Parking! Two nights in a row we got back after 10 pm and there were no parking spots available. We had to go to a neighboring unit to park. My suggestion - number the spots so that each unit has at least one spot. Those with two or more cars should be parking their extra vehicles elsewhere. This was especially bad in the pouring rain.

The staff were not as attentive as they could be. The tubs in my suite were not cleaned so I followed up; however, they promised to come the following morning to resolve and never showed.
