Plusieurs choses à améliorer

L'emplacement et le prix sont bien. La chambre était assez grande et il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait (sauf une petite serviette pour se laver).

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le rideau de douche qui collait au corps. C'était seulement un drap qui absorbait l'eau. Ce n'était pas du plastique. La fenêtre avait un problème qui faisait que le vent faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé par le personnel qui a ouvert la porte de la chambre pendant qu'on dormait. Nous n'avions pas encore remis la clé, pourquoi entrez-vous?

Nice rooms, But no pool access.

Well kept clean room, Location has everything needed. Close to Casino. Friendly owner and staff.

We booked it for the pool access, but apparently in Gatineau if there isnt a life guard on duty we cannot use the pool. We stayed 2 nights, no pool access. Very dissappointed.

Great quiet hotel close to restaurants, shopping and casinos. I

The location is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet with good soundproofing. (Brick walls) Probably one of the best 2 star hotels we have ever stayed at.

We stayed here in the past and were provided a small continental breakfast. That is no longer provided which was a small disappointment. The bathroom was adequate but small. Neither of which will keep us from staying here in the future.

Great place to come back to after a day in the city

The staff were very accommodating to my groups late check-in and early checkout, and were very efficient all around. the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked with dishes and all sorts of odds and ends. Plus the immediate hot water was a huge plus!

Was loud. Could hear everything thru wall. People outside smoking alot Charged more than the price I booked it for. Did not price match booking price. Which hotel is supposed to do.paid Extra 30 dollars. Check in took a long long time and could not find my reservation from booking

Nice cosy room

Nice and sparkling clean room. Most of the kitchen utilities provided. Lovely staff.

Bed height is higher than normal.

Excellent Staff

The room is dated but clean and the location is excellent. The staff are incredible! There was a noise situation during our stay and the staff handled the situation with tact and diplomacy. They went above and beyond to make the situation right. You will enjoy your stay here!

It was clean, quiet and well equipped. The beds were sooooo comfy!

The dining chair fabric really needs cleaning.

Good location but not a comfortable stay.

Location is good not so far from the Market and the parliament. Also lots of restaurants and fast food, Groceries around the corner.

We booked 2 rooms, and the staff made a mistake and booked one only. As a resolution they gave us the second room in another hotel that belongs to the same owner. Rooms are clean but very smelly. We had to open all the windows and run the AC to ventilate the room.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We liked that all rooms had a bistro table with chairs beside the room which allowed us to enjoy some time outdoor.
