Staff is great, location/free parking was great. the room was super small and old - but clean. Overall, a quiet place. That must have been expected for the price? Distance to Ottawa's attractions was great We slept over just fine.

Breakfast not included but coffee and tea available at office 24/7. Microwave available in office for use,,,close to different restaurants and shopping center...beds very comfortable...a/c noisy but working good
