A great place, we absolutely loved it!
I would like to highlight the manager's helpfulness and quick response. We were running late for check-in, but she was incredibly supportive — she helped us complete the remote registration and sent detailed instructions so we could get into our room without any hassle.
The room itself was huge and very clean. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a microwave, a fridge, a stove, and there was always hot water. The hotel grounds are also massive, with plenty of space for a nice walk. As for the animals, we only spotted goats and chickens, but it actually added a charming touch to the place.
The local café only serves breakfasts and light snacks. However, the staff was very accommodating: after closing time, they allowed us to stay on the outdoor terrace and have dinner with our own food, which we truly appreciated!
There are a lot of mosquitoes. Having read the reviews beforehand, I was mentally prepared and brought some repellent sprays with me. However, the local ditches seem to breed some sort of highly resistant mosquitoes that ordinary sprays barely affect. In the end, I had to visit the nearest town to buy a heavy-duty local insect repellent, which actually did the trick.
To be fair, the room itself is well-protected: there are good mosquito screens on the windows, and an electric plugin repellent was running the entire time, so we weren't bothered indoors. In any case, if you are planning a trip here, make sure to pack some extra-strength mosquito repellent for the outdoors.

The pool was great! It was a nice size & not crazy deep. There was a fun playground to keep the children entertained. Breakfast was good, as well as suppers. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
We enjoyed everything, the only thing that comes to mind is, we had to ask for toilet paper. It would have been nice if there were 4 rolls stocked in the washroom since we were there for 5 or 6 days. It wasn't a big deal though, they were accommodating when we asked.

The area is beautiful, in the countryside so very little traffic and the gardens and grounds are well looked after. The staff in the restaurant were also lovely, friendly and attentive. We had some issues with the workings of the apartment but these were resolved a soon as they could be which was appreciated. There was always loungers and umbrellas available at the pool for the whole family and the outside gym and toilet facility was kept clean and tidy. We liked having the ping pong table and hammocks outside.
The apartment is pretty basic, and in need of some modernisation, some things did not work and had to get replaced and eventually we were moved. The kitchenette does not have an oven, toaster etc and only butter knives so impossible to cut bread or prepare meals which is necessary if self catering. The onsite restaurant is only open at weekends and the nearest restaurants for during the week are not within walking distance in the heat. The seating area provided for meals outside is not directly connected to the accommodation which meant we couldnt really enjoy sitting outside to eat without bringing bags of food and utensils etc up and down stairs.
The pool was warm water (which some might prefer) and too shallow to dive into which was disappointing for my young son.
