Clean and comfortable. OK for one night stay.

Location was great. Nice a close to the airport. Lobby was spectacular and there were loads of choices for places to sit, have a drink or find a bite to eat.

The room was quite small compared to others we had stayed in during our month long US trip. The room was quite out dated.

Clean, comfortable and impressive

Beautiful lobby, convenient restaurants, and store very clean. We met a gentleman by the name of. I believe it was Reggie very nice man. He helped us with our luggage twice. Explained what was around in the area brought us water. Excellent excellent gentleman the shuttle service to the airport was very good so I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone going to LA like we did.

The only negative thing I can think of about the property is it’s in a more industrial area part of town. I guess there were some eating establishments not too far from the hotel within walking distance, but that’s about it. There’s nothing more I can say negatively about the Hilton.

Room old shower head old and rusty. Out AC did not work our remote did not work so we could not even watch tv. Surprised we had to pay 59.00 for parking. Hated this hotel.

The room at first was not well clean: at all it didn’t have a refrigerator

The room service person only did the beds. They didn’t wash the toilets everyday, we ask for towels they never brought them. I will say. They need to be more clean when they give you the room at first

Rooms require renovation, and I would look for other hotel if I need to park a car.

Conveniently located with free shuttle to airport terminal. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms are old and need urgent renovation. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Bottled water is also very expensive at the lobby area.

Food 24 hours, parking available. They can keep a luggage for several days for suitable payment.

Convenient, comfortable for what we needed.

It was convenient for our first night before we moved on our trip. Hotel exterior and lobby was very modern and felt high end for price we paid.

Our room was a little dated the shower was particularly difficult to operate.

Im November werden wir dort wieder Gast werden

Die Lage zum Flughafen kann nicht besser sein, das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. lll Vom Fluglärm war so gut wie nichts zu hören. Das Frühstück wurde allen Ansprüchen gerecht.

Frustrating and disappointing

Me and my family choose this hotel regularly, we like its location, close to the airport and easy to access.

This time, our stay was not good. Several things did not work, and our stay was not comfortable. Parking was simple chaotic, over saturated and the system did not work several times. Air conditioning at the room was constant and could not turn it off, making our stay really uncomfortable. Our room was not cleaned in two occasions even though we did took the privacy sign every day, we had to call to ask housekeeping to clean and they were not sure what happened. To sum to all, I tried to buy a bottle of water at the vending mashing, and and I had to go to 6 different floors in order for the mashing to work, some just took the money, others did not work and other did not had water.

I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The room was ready before check-in, and the shuttle service was conveniently located. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It would've been nice to have a small fridge in the room

Good overlay hotel, shuttle

Location, proximity to the LAX. The shuttle from the airport worked out well, although it was very packed.

It took around 45 minutes to get my luggage delivered to my room. I thought that was rather excessive. When returning to the airport the next morning, there were so many people and luggage, I had to get a Lyft in order to ensure a timely arrival.

Big rooms, quiet for being at an airport. Comfy bed.

The shower handle fell off when using it. The bathroom was a bit dated. Expected more for the price and name.

The inconveniences in this derelict room made my stay very unpleasant.

Room No. 9002 When wanting to take a shower before retiring for the evening I discovered there was no water. I called down to reception and was told it was too late to take a look at it, but it would be dealt with the following day. I had an early morning flight the next day. There was no microwave or refrigerator as advertised. The bathroom was without liquid soap or bar soap. The price for the room was $166.36, which was exorbitant for such a derelict room.

Bed was comfortable

I booked a twin suite but the receptionist started talking about a double when we were checking in. Only when I challenged and showed the booking on screen did they offer a standard twin and compensation vouchers. Originally when I booked I had wanted a standard twin but there were none offered on booking.com.

There are better alternatives at the nearby hotels.

Close to LAX. The lobby area is not bad. The staff was friendly.

The room needs serious maintenance / face lift. The floors were uneven, the air ducts were very dusty, the bathroom looked very old and rusty, the carpet ... OMG the carpet ... it was old. The self parking option is overpriced.

The front to desk attendant was able to get us a room for early check-in 11 even though the website said none were available.

The king bed needed a new mattress, our room was facing the LAX runways, and the sink & tub stoppers didn't work. The parking g & restaurant are both very pricy!

It’s close to the airport so convenient but getting old

Stayed here before. It’s getting quite dated for the amount that is charged per room.

Old and noticed we had wet carpet from a faulty ice machine. Smelled a little as well

Wouldn’t stay again

Place was a mob scene. Shuttle lines ridiculous (shuttle driver rude and condescending) and lobby and check in areas overrun with people. Would never stay there again it was basically an extension of being in LAX.

Excellent pre cruise stay for 3 days couldn't really fault anything.

Tiring flight from Brisbane. Picked up promptly by free shuttle for the short ride to the Hilton by a very helpful driver. Warmly welcomed by friendly staff in a lovely foyer. Spacious comfy room overlooking distant snow capped mountains. Could watch the planes coming in but very well sound proofed. No fridge but ice machine located on each floor. No microwave but one available to use in the bistro in the foyer. Went down for a drink in the Landings Bar in the foyer. A very vibrant and friendly atmosphere. Didn't use the restaurant but the bistro was very handy open 24 hrs. Across the road the 109 bus took us to Manhattan Beach $1 or 50c for seniors. Nice way to spend the day and easy bus ride straight back to the hotel.

With our currency food & drink a little bit pricey but try not to convert in your head and it's OK.

1 night stay before flying out of LAX

Lobby is clean and well kept ,good staff, close to the airport and provide free 24 hour shuttle service

super noisy room that needs updating, got zero sleep due to what sounded like a steel plate being driven over all night! and lots of aircraft noise.

LAX do not go to Hilton, Sheraton gateway is much more better and convenient

I will not recommend. Super poor value for money. Room are not well renewed, bathroom and shower are small, noisy hotel with lot of airline crews in and out and having fun. I called the security couple of times because I cannot sleep

Pretty good

Lobby is spacious and lovely, rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff was friendly, the shuttle to the airport is fast and very well run (driver helped passengers figure out which terminals they were going to, gave great directions on where to pickup the shuttle when they came back)

Room where I was staying felt a little old, but it also seemed like it was on some side addition hallway in the hotel. It wasn't bad, I just expected a little nicer for the price. AC couldn't really be adjusted.
