The location of the guest house was exceptional. It was located in the heart of St John's Jellybean Row, which is within 5 minute walk to downtown St Johns (e.g. Harbour Drive, Water Street, Duckworth Street). The character of the house was wonderful.
My daughter and I shared a room with a double/queen bed. The living room on the main floor felt welcoming, with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Plates, cups, utensils were provided as well.
Bathroom/Washroom was very small.
Shower stall/sink were tiny
If possible, a second chair is needed in the room
No other complaints.......

The mattress and shower were great, for us they are the most important things of the room!! The location was really good, as well the parking spots.
The communication was a bit off. Got instructions to park further regarding parking for another inn. When we got to the room we saw there was a closer parking option. Besides that it was great.

This place had history and I LOVED that! Also the downtown location could not be best. Nestled right in amidst the jellybean houses! It was great to have the little dining room and living room for a rainy day, and to be able to eat together there. The staff was so helpful too! I called them once when I forgot my door code and they were so helpful and kind to me! Really such a wonderful place!
The stairs were tricky for my grandma, but that couldn’t be helped.

There was no coffee or milk/cream day one. There was no breakfast either day. Room we got was much smaller than room in pictures.
