The Market should be checked more regularly. Was out of bottled water. Had to tell front desk.

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. I was told “this happens all the time “. It ruined my night’s sleep. I was exhausted the entire next day. No apology from management or any offer to make amends.

Location was excellent!! Tap Room’s happy hour selection was a great option. Breakfast was great! The 2nd front desk person (male) made up for the standoffish attitude of my initial front desk rep. He made it an effort to immediately get me another room (room #305) without question after the fiasco of what we encountered at our initial room. He even wanted to offer complimentary snacks free of charge at the Market kiosk - but I waived it off because if his effort to accommodate my family. Please work on getting USB outlets / connectors in your rooms - especially by the bed lamps.
The initial front desk rep (lady) gave me a room (room #209) and when we got in - it was unkept and there was urine on the toilet bowl and towels all over the floor. The bed was a complete mess. I was also told that I had to pay $45 for parking? I was told it’s policy - but that should be genuinely reviewed and hopefully be removed because we are already paying to stay at your property- why charge us extra? It’s the principle of it all. I also paid $204.00 for 1 night through Booking.com, but was charged another $100 when we checked in??? But it was a staycation birthday gift for my fiancé so I was pretty much out of luck there.
