The location was fantastic and the views Amazing.

The bathtub jets did not work and staff were not able to fix while we were there.

I like the location, very close to the ferry terminal. Our room is facing east and on the ground floor. We had a few wonderful sunrise right in front of us. It was dark enough and have a lawn for us to setup our equipment for our astrophotography like taking galaxy and other deep sky objects photos. The washroom was spacious, and the hot tub is good. I almost forgot the complimentary breakfast. They are free, healthy and good. Love it!

The restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday for dinner. We struggled to find a restaurant that still opened after 6pm. More coat hangers by the door will be good.

The location is superb, right on the water and you could watch the ferries coming and going. For walkers, you can walk to the Bluff and Georgeson Provincial Park. We had the Sunday night roast beef dinner at the restaurant and the servings were huge, the staff very helpful and the outlook was lovely. They provide a breakfast basket to take to your room and the contents were carefully thought out. Granola, fruit and yogurt to mix with it, a muffin and an apple.

The lighting in the room was pretty bad for people such as ourselves who like to read and there was no freezer compartment in the fridge. We also thought it was a bit overpriced compared to similar properties on the Gulf Islands.

The spa treatments were wonderful. The staff were helpful.

There were several "small" things that need to be addressed: no instructions on how to get other than channels on the TV, the room land line phone wasn't connected, the fridge froze our food even though the dial was turned to near "off". Not a big thing but it would have been nice to have the robes in our room instead of having to go ask for them and the same with the breakfast baskets.
