Staff was nice.
Cleanliness lacking, many hairs all over the place in bed & bathroom... Toilet bowl looked like it was used recently and was not cleaned.
Stiff pillows, phone was unplugged, curtain left a crack for outsiders to see in the room, the AC was noisy and was poorly fitted in the window leaving openings for insects and outside air.

Beds were clean and comfortable.
Door, walls and furniture were chipped and in poor condition. Shower was in the huge jacuzzi, so I could not get in and out safely for a shower. No grab bars. Bathroom was cramped while the tub took up all the space. Overall condition of the property was poorly kept and in poor repair.
