The staff member was very responsive and friendly.
It was dated, as expected. One pillowcase that I did not use had a very minor amount of blood on it (like from the tiniest of scratches).

Room had everything we needed. Great location close to Farmers Market and Downtown. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Decent pricing
Cleanliness was subpar at best.
First noticed the huge spider and two big spider webs above the main window. Then while trying to have a shower noticed the spider webs around the window in bathroom. That window sill had not been cleaned in a while. Did not enjoy the water temperature changing continuously while showering. First you are scalded next it was freezing. Super dangerous for young kids.
Was not impressed when folding out the sofa bed, it was very apparent the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. When asking for clean sheets was told “It happens”….
Both mattress and sofa bed were so hard I had to get an alternative mattress to sleep for the rest of our stay.
Wished they had entry mats and broom available to sweep myself. Being that close to beach you are bound to track back sand. Just didn’t enjoy having to constantly walk on it in room. Literally damped a cloth to run across the floor so it wasn’t so bad.
