We will most likely stay here again. Staff and location was great.

The kitchen cutlery drawer was filthy. Full of crumbs Same with the cupboards. Other than that it was fairly clean.

Bad

The apartment we got was poorly cleaned, food remains on the floor and dustweb on the bathroom ceiling, curtains were hanging down, partially in front of all three windows. Another apartment was not available. The hotel owner was rude, and told us to just try to find another hotel, our complaints were not valid. We did and left immediately. Other guests we met talked about bad management, bad cleaning and no ambition

Unless they renovated- I would not stay here again.

I liked that it was so close to the beach; that’s about it.

Upon arrival the floors in our room were filthy… there were cobwebs in our room… the windows and loud air conditioning unit were absolutely disgusting… the only somewhat decent thing was the bed sheets seemed to be clean, thank goodness. The staff were pretty friendly, I give it a 5/10 for just being a room to come and sleep in but honestly I would not stay here again and felt like we had to endure it.

Overall stay was good

Location is great, across the street from the beach. Room was ok, internet and tv, stove and microwave.

The staff was almost inexistent, reception was locked almost all the time I was there, even during office hours, and you are provided a phone number for emergencies. The check-in is done via a text message, if you need anything you send a text and they don't necessarily answer in a timely manner.

Terrible check in.

Check in was a nightmare. They gave us a room # by email. There was no front desk service. We spent over half an hour trying to find the room with no luck. Another half hour trying to get hold of anyone. Finally someone answered the phone and told us where the room was. Tucked away in a hallway with numbers that weren’t even close to the rooms beside it. Once in, the room was nice.

the location was perfect for our needs.

There were no staff around, I had to call to get checked into my room. We did not have anyone clean our room or replenish items like toilet paper, towels, coffee. I tried to get a hold of staff and no one returned my call the entire time I was there. The only time I saw a staff member was when we were getting in trouble for being too loud at 10:15 when my kids and I were talking in our room with no music on, not even the TV on. He was unbelievably rude. The site manager then threatened that if he had to come back we would be sleeping in the beach. My 6 year old was worried all night that we wouldn’t have a place to sleep.

A disappointing part of their girls getaway!

Location is great. Staff was great on the phone. Beds were good. I booked it for my wife and her daughter. But when they came in around 11 pm they could not get any heat all night. Too chilly to stay up so bundled under the covers. Cold when they got up too. When they tried shower no water came so they had to sponge bath from the faucet. Food they had in the fridge had ice and moisture on top. Not a good experience for their girls getaway. How can they fix this for them???

Unfortunately was a bad experience. Several serious problems. See points below. Didn't want to rewrite them in this box.

Exceptional

Room was large clean and comfortable with a full sized coffee pot. Motel was a little older but well maintained. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

absolutely no one around to help you with anything. everything was done my automated text, which was fine for us because it all worked but other people that were checking in at the same time as us were unable to find their room or figure out their door code.

Value for Money. Spacious Room.

Location. Easy check in and check out. Spacious.

The reception desk closes at 5 pm. So can not get toiletries or coffee or sugar if outside reception hours.
