Value. The outside of the motel looks dated, but the bathroom and Kitchen in unit 3 were very clean and bright.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Decent value.
Room wasn’t very clean, sheets smelled strongly of bleach but had stains, bathroom had hair left from previous guests. Although the room was comfortable, it was very loud as walls were thin. Other guests were yelling late in the night and banging around in their kitchenette before 6am so we didn’t sleep well. Smoke smell lingered from guests smoking outside.
