My stay was comfortable and beautiful was shown, the outside bar and pool areas were enjoyable, next time I will plan to use the water taxi tour, I like FLL in September
I didn't get to the beach and it was the main reason for coming, I'm a senior and this location was too far away to walk. The phones didn't work properly, the one in my bedroom especially, never fixed but I was given a hotel credit for the inconvenience and I didn't like the limited breakfast meau

Location, access to water taxi,employee were professional, everything look clean
Ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows. $55 valet parking was way to overprice.

The entire front desk was so accommodating. The hotel is convenient to so many stores and there is a mall next door. The staff told us about cool things we were able to do from the hotel. Vincent worked at the pool he helped me with local things to do and we ended up having an even better trip.
House keeping was trash. You can’t request towels and sheets from front desk. We had to let room service bring it and they would take hours on hours to bring anything every time. Came in our suite and made one bed. Took the dirty linen and did t replace anything. Had to wait a full day to get towels and rags.

I didn't have the breakfast, but I thought the valet was convenient and the location was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and modern. I requested an early check in at 12, but a room was not yet available. There was a room ready an hour later ( looking back I think I should have kept the original check in time at 3)
Our room was very disappointing. Not clean, the living room furniture was in bad condition, I.e. holes in the dining room chairs, an oil stain on the couch. The furniture had its time. Since we were staying for one night and checking out very early, we stuck it out and stayed in the room. I wonder if they just gave us any old room that was available because of our request. Won't do that again.
