The property is in a beautiful location and there’s beautiful views from the tent cabins and also from our room at the lodge. Beds are comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and ready to accommodate you in any way.
The rooms in the lodge were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I liked having the fridge in the microwave. The tent cabins wasn’t exactly as clean as i prefer for the cost, my towel had a hole in it and also my sheets had some stains, but I’m sure they were fresh and clean. Hopefully. The fan above the bed could’ve been dusted, but that’s OK. Just minor things and there was no microwave or any spoons or anything for my coffee in the morning, but the staff is excellent in providing things and bringing things and helping you with anything you need at all.

The location.
We were visiting for a wedding. The venue as a wedding location is sensational.
We stayed in one of the two Queen bed rooms in the main lodge. We felt it was reasonable value.
The hotel venue on the whole felt like it needed more investment and more staff.
The room did not have a hair dryer which seemed odd for the price point. In other ways our room was well appointed - air conditioning, nespresso, fridge etc.
Room service would arrive late in the day. We had to ask for our shampoo / conditioner to be topped up.
The pool area, whilst scenic, had a small number of loungers and the paint was all peeling off the floor.
The restaurant had excellent food but was very minimally staffed. People waiting 1hr for food at breakfast time.
