Rooms are nice,cozy and clean.Lots of room in the lobby to read ,play a game or just hang out.
Would be nice to have a water kettle in the room.

I loved how helpful the staff was. Helped us figure out the transit systems and accommodated our requests. Adam is such a nice and awesome guy! The facilities were really nice and i loved how well decorated the lobby was for Christmas. really good vibes. Definitely will consider coming back!
No wifi..... Honestly I think wifi should be complimentary in this day and age... That was the only thing that I did not like. Also the carpets might be due for a deep clean.

The mountain view and my child still enjoyed the pool even when the water is cold.
You have to pay extra to get wifi in the room.
No restaurant or available breakfast in the property.
The pool water is cold.
