An affordable, comfortable place to stay for the weekend, thank you!

Affordability, well stocked with towels and various toiletries (e.g. shampoo, q-tips), helpfulness, across the street from 7/11 - Tim Horton's and short easy walk to a great park (Polson)...all great when travelling with a 7yo grandson! Shorter distance to the wedding we attended (Paddlewheel Hall) than virtually everyone else who had also come from out of town which also translated into less expensive taxi rides!

Glad the bed passed inspection but will not return

friendly service

Unclean around edges with bugs (not bed bugs) excluding bed that was clean. Bathroom was patched back together with sloppy work and was dank and scarry with bugs in tub and sink drains. Face clothes were unclean. The lobby smelled very heavily of urine.

for a cheaper place this was OK

the vibe / energy of the room & the location was good

did not like not having ice, other guests seemed to be homeless folk living here, felt nervous (almost unsafe) in the parking lot

A last resort for accommodation

I found this property at the last moment.

This place clearly has seen better days -- probably in the 1960s. The manager is attentive and helpful, but the owners who are likely going to rebuild, are not putting any money into this place. The pipes to the swimming pool which was supposed to be a feature, were broken, and had not been fixed for months. Our room was supposed to be no-smoking but it smelt as if it had long been a smoking room. The room was not so clean. The glass sliding door was cracked, hidden by a screen. Finally, there was no hot water for a shower because the faucet in our room was broken. To be fair, the manager was apologetic and dealt with the problem. The hotel's neon sign says "A Gem of the Valley." Must be a plastic gem or one made of paste...

I walked into the lobby it stunk went into the room. Went for a drive came back handed in my keys.

The photos on their site are a lie. You could film a horror movie there and not need many props. The lobby stinks. There was a bra and garbage on the counter. I found a sticker on the wall from 2019. With someone's name on it. There was tuck tape holding the floor down. Dead bolt does not work. The plus I got my money back with no problem.

Mentioned my thoughts to locals and the response was "you stayed there?!!!!"

Hosts bras sitting on the counter during check in. Coffee machine came w/o a cup, bedsheets were extremely stained (blood)? I have photos available, Not secure & home to many homeless/transients. I left for other accommodations after one night. Operating a car repair from a tent in the parking lot. Comment when I left was "don't you like tie dyed sheets?" My money was refunded after threatening to put on my facebook page. Pool had no water.

Great Stay @ The Tiki- Definitely Recommend staying there!

Me & My Boyfriend have stayed here several times, In my Opinion The Rooms Most Definitely Meet my expectations for the cost of the room. It's always clean. Most of the staff are awesome but there's 1 female that has a bit of an attitude, other than that I loved it

Like I said above, there's 1 female staff member that has a bit of an attitude, I didn't really like the location as it's across from drug Central but oh well

Good value for the price.

Room was very clean. Family run and very friendly checkin. Good location in town. It’s great value for what you get.

The pool is closed and it does not look like it is going to open up again any time soon. The hotel needs quite a bit of TLC/updating.

It was ok!

Close to shops and lakes. Rooms were decent. Good wifi. No noise transfer between rooms.

The pool was so dirty, we didn't even go in. Rooms could do with an extra clean as well.

This is the second time in3 years that we have been disappointed in our reservations

There was no food service at allthet could of had the pool up and running should of had better pillows. The grounds were beautiful as showed in the pick place is very old and run down could be due to the fact we were told they were replacing next year for a 9 story motel The area is about the only thing that was perfect for shopping close to a lot of stores

staff is incredibly friendly. rooms were cozy and exactly how Advertised if not better. beds are comfy and clean.

Even though the motel is dated the staff, cleanliness, location and price are great.

Staff was great, they were able to accommodate my need for an early check in and an extended stay.

Issue with sliding door, but staff were quick to fix the problem.
