We had a wonderful stay at Sandman Hotel Vernon. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
A special thank you to Manager Khaled A for making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, and his attention to detail and excellent customer service truly made a difference. It was great to experience such warm hospitality.
The staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. We really appreciated the service and comfortable atmosphere.
I highly recommend Sandman Hotel Vernon to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great customer service. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, restaurant next door.
Air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms didn't work. After a quick check of the AC filter, it appeared to not have been cleaned in a very long time. Even the AC in the hallways were not on. ( it was extremely warm that day).
