Very Pet friendly and by giving us a door to the outside close to our room was a great plus. The fee to have our pup there was very reasonable compared to other places we have stayed

Wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Staff was lovely. The hotel is definitely lacking. The room was very dim and poor lighting. It was very dark. The furnace/air conditioning unit made a lot of noise frequently during the night, waking you up. Honestly it gave me a creepy feel. I typically don’t review hotels but it was definitely a let down considering we paid 160$ for about 10 hours.

Definitely one of Vernon’s nicest hotels. They strive for quality and you can see it from the moment you walk in. The decor is updated. Everything is clean and bright and the staff are helpful.

On the way to Vernon we had vehicle trouble so arrived early morning. I called the front desk who said he can’t make the note for late checkout but I could call in the morning at 9 am for my drivers to have late checkout as obviously waking them up at 9 was not a good option. At 9:06 I called I was told no problem check out at 1pm. Kevin at front desk woke them up at 11am he missed the note and when I called to try and get a few more hours for my guys to get back to sleep he said no it’s going to cost you. I tried to explain he woke them up getting back to sleep is difficult. He hung up on me. We spend thousands of dollars every year at that hotel and now all that is lost because of Kevin.

I have stayed here before and have no real complaints. Gym could use a bit of a tune up and having water in there would be nice. Otherwise clean rooms and friendly staff.

Have atayed here many times before, but never on the convention room side. The noise from the highway was brutal. :( Get a room on the other side or facing away from the highway.

Fantastic stay, beds are very comfortable and soft. Very clean room and facilities. Room has a microwave and a mini fridge which was nice. Good location! Happy with our stay.

Checked in after a long day of travel and requested a quiet room as travel continued the following day. I was given a coupon for the restaurant and then was informed it was not open 😮 Why give the coupon? Disappointing after a long drive to have no on site food option. The room was relatively clean. Found a hair on a towel and a stain on the duvet. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. A dog was in a room close by amd barked insistently until I contacted front desk. The shower tap was strange and produced cold water only on full and was told hot water was halfway. Bizarre. The shower water was warm at best. This was more of a motel quality stay than hotel. Absolutely unacceptable for the price of the room. Fuĺl refund and I will never stay again

This hotel has a very good potential to be a good place to stay. it has a beautiful view , great location, marina and a beach. Unfortunately due to the terrible management and service it isn’t worth your money to stay there. My family and I have been going here for the past 10 years and year after year it just got worse and worse. For starters, they have a coffee machine which has been sitting there out of order for many years. The rooms never get cleaned no matter how much you request they completely disregard you and it is very disrespectful. We pay the full price to receive room service and we don’t receive it and they ignore the customers which the utmost disrespect. The conditions of the rooms are struggling and must be renovated. My family and I had breakfast at the hotel one time and it was absolutely not worth the price either. Overall this hotel is not worth the money or time to stay at and treat guests with such disregard and disrespect.
