Excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were really pleasant and very helpful.
The rooms are getting a bit tired.

The price was right. It is a good deal to get a swimming pool and breakfast when booking at these prices.
The staff very friendly. It was easy to take dog out for walks.
All these inns need updates would like to see that happen across the country.
The area didnt have a lot of good areas to walk dog.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed , coffee service was good, we did not have breakfast as we had to be on the road early. Wake up call was good , mellow tone and not jarring. Lovely flowers outside . Original artwork in the hallway was a pleasant surprize as it was not only original but tasteful.
Not much I can think of , you can't do anything about the road noise.

Location is great. A/C worked amazing. Staff very friendly.
The coffee brand you choose sucks, yuck.
The floors are uneven and my toddler kept tripping over the bumps and scraped her knees 3 times.
You offer a fitness center there is no fitness center. It's a bike in the pool area and it's way to hot and humid to use. The tropical plants in the pool area were dying or dead looked tacky and not clean. Sauna was a joke way to small. Bathroom in room 117 tub fixture wouldn't work for a bath for my daughter. Only 1 day wifi access, should be free the entire time I'm at you hotel, every other hotel I've stayed at offers free wifi while on the hotel property, this is ripping off guests. Most of the hot food for breakfast was ice cold even on the hot plate for keeping it warm. COLD food sucks, eggs were not edible rubbery and old.
