Clean,bed was reasonably comfortable, would like to see at least one soft pillow.
No elevator to second floor.
Space between toilet and wall was really small, almost less than airplane toilets. A definite design and construction error.

Parking lot felt very unsecured. Homeless camp nearby. Poor lighting in areas.
Parking lot was a free for all.
Guy with an expensive boat seemed quite entitled by parking his truck/boat combo in a no parking zone.
Management left outside door open to public after hours, access to washer and dryer possibly, with homeless hanging around.
