I liked the fact that it was clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I have stayed at other William Lake hotels and will definitely re-book here next time I pass through.
I have no complaints or suggestions as to what could have been better.

The location is perfect for our travel
Plans. The property is well appointed but found it has slipped a little from last year. Hamid, a new employee of only 5 days on reception by himself is a credit it the business. He went above expectations to help us with our tv.
What has slipped since last years visit: choices at breakfast were limited and of reduced quality. Only apples and bananas for fresh fruit and only raisins to add to yogurt— no fibre cereal or dry fruit. The breakfast choices were adequate but not like past visits — Disappointed. As for our room, the shower curtain was filthy, and there is no excuse for this. The shower curtains should be washed for each guest. I found it disgusting.

The rooms were older and I felt like a 70’s hotel room.
