there are 2 changes which would have made my stay a little better, decaf coffee available in the room, and fridges with small freezers, I travel with a cooler and ice packs. the staff are very accommodating as they allow me to put my ice packs in the staff freezer,

Reception staff were friendly night and morning. Room was clean and comfortable.
Good value.
There was remodeling in progress and the contractors seemed to think guests were an irritant. Blocking corridors and making it difficult to move around.
The internal layout meant a long walk from reception to the parking lot if you turn the wrong way out of your room. Signage not great.

I found the property is in run down condition, they are doing some renovations which aren’t done yet but it needs a lot of work. No elevator, the stairs to get to your rooms are unsafe in my opinion. Our room it self was below average, the tub faucet was leaking like a siv flushing the toilet sounded like it was going to come up through the bathtub drain, the tv was very hard to operate and the picture was horrible.
