There was no breakfast, that I was made aware of. If there is one then why wasn't I informed. Location was very good.

we were going to the writers festival so the location was great. the rooms had recently been renovated so they were very clean, bathroom had new shower, sink, toilet etc, the room felt a bit sparse. There was no elevator so lugging up all our gear to the second floor was hard. Next time I'll book on the ground floor and ideally in those rooms with balconies facing the water

Location on the water. Got clean towels
Absolutely no charm, no where to put chair next to table, no amenities. Room was next to ice machine.
I don't know what the laws are in Canada, but the absence of smoke detectors was concerning.
