The beds were very comfortable. They held our luggage until the room was ready so we could go explore the city. Breakfast was very good.
I didn't like how long it took to get an elevator, but it wasn't their fault that 2 of the elevators were out of service.

The location was a 9-minute walk from the convention center. It was a shorter walk to a transit stop. Location was good. The view from my room was wonderful. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was on pont. The room had blackout and regular shades. The AC was nice and cool. Prearrival instructions about walking up a hill was appreciated even though the hill is no joke.
Staff were very helpful with questions and went above to get me information.
As a vegan, there were no clear breakfast options at the restaurant. Staff were helpful but unfamiliar with what was vegan on the menu. Please have better options for all your guests with different dietary needs. While the AC was nice and cool, it was loud at times. Sounded like a machine gun going off. Thankfully, I am a heavy sleeper once asleep.
The biggest complaint that I had was that there was only one working elevator out of three. Two of the elevators were being modernized. There were plenty of signs to communicate that. Great job there! But why would you take two elevators out of commission. Perhaps there is some weird reason it had to be both but it seemed more like a mismanaged decision.
Not to mention there was a large convention in town. I'm already paying more than the typical rate, I would have loved more than one working elevator.

Very clean and modern..
Out of 3 elevators that went to ground floor, 2 being “modernized” and unavailable. With 28 floors to cover, very aggravating.

basic room
toilet was unsettling. elevators took a really long time; it felt hard to leave the hotel. room felt pretty basic (aside from the robot toilet)
