Breakfast (orange juice dispenser wasn't working properly, there was no cream cheese for the bagels, the floor was super sticky)

Convenient to tram, shopping and coffee. Daily breakfast was great. So many options. Manager is highly engaged and staff were so helpful.
Restaurant menu was limited. Would have liked a pool but we knew that there wasn't one when we booked.

Location was terrific. Close to most of not all points of interest. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
One particular worker (forgot the name); on Sunday 8/23 worked full breakfast shift helping with breakfast area stations and was still there late evening as the bartender covering for someone else. He was still very engaging and pleasant taking care of us. Lo and behold, he was there next day early 8/24 to work breakfast crowd, and it’s always a huge crowd!

Evening food. Chicken strips and fries were good as well as pizza.
The room layout was not good. Bed was too soft.
