Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade

Location. Clean. Okay although not outstanding breakfast

Freeway noise. So-so breakfast. Expensive

Very centrally located, helpful staff and great included breakfast

Restrooms in pool area were closed.

It was very clean and well decorated. Everyone was kind

The beds were uncomfortably firm and the plumbing upstairs was really loud. It made a loud noise every time the upstairs toilet flushed

Quite

Front desk reception staff was rarely helpful and unaccommodating. I didn’t appreciate that they could not tell me what the public parking rate was directly across the street when they’re only parking available is at $47 per night for valet parking. There’s no free parking on this site. But across the street in the public parking lot it was $29.00. Felt deceived, and they were only trying to upsell their excessive valet parking fee. Not acceptable on top of a $300 night room.
